Following the announcement made last night we have come to the decision that in order to protect not only our team but also our customers that our kennels will be closed to non essential customers. Our reception will be closed to the public at all times and our kenneling opening hours are being reduced to 9 am till 11 and then from 3 pm till 4:30 pm. Our phone lines will not be manned out of these hours so if you need to make contact with the kennels out of these hours the best way is to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org If you are wishing to purchase dog food or collecting an animal that is currently in with us you will still be able to come up to the kennels so long as it is during our new opening hours, however we would ask that you remain in your car and give us a call on our main line.
If you have come to purchase food for your pet we will take note of which items you want and then proceed to take payment for the goods over the phone. Once this is complete we will place the goods on our ramp, after our member of staff is back inside you would then be able to approach to collect your goods.
If you have come to collect your dog once payment has been made we would ask that you pop your lead/harness etc on our ramp and then return to your car leaving us access to where the dog will be when travelling home. Once we can see that you are back in your car we will then bring your dog out and place them in the car. Once our member of staff is then back inside you will be free to exit the car to make any needed adjustments before your journey home.
